MTS Ukraine launches 'no top-up' tariff line - Telecompaper (subscription)

Mobile operator MTS Ukraine launched a new 'Without Top-Up' tariff line. Customers pay daily fees to access bundles of services and can receive free calls from other MTS customers. Daily bundles include 40 on-net minutes and 30 SMS for UAH 0.39 or the same minutes and SMS plus 30 MB over GPRS for UAH 0.79. Additional use costs UAH 0.50 per minute on-net, UAH 0.49 per SMS and UAH 7 per MB.
