Crnogorski Telekom offers free calls after billing error - Telecompaper (subscription)

Montenegro's Crnogorski Telekom announced that prepaid customers of T-Mobile which suffered from a billing error for taxes on the Sim card have been reimbursed EUR 1. As an apology, they were also given 15 days of free calls to the T-Mobile network. Users will be informed about it via SMS, after which the free calls will be applied. On the first day of application of the EUR 1 fee on the Sim card, a certain number of prepaid customers were charged EUR 2, instead of EUR 1. Very quickly the problem was detected, and the same day the money was returned.
